(j) For more information on how you can request an update to, or make a complaint about NAB’s handling of your information, please see NAB’s Privacy Policy available at or call 13 22 65. You can make a request for Slyp to delete the data that relates to you by calling NAB on 13 22 65. (i) After turning off Smart Receipts, Slyp will no longer receive your transaction data and anonymised personal information as described in clause 4 above, however, Slyp may retain and use data already collected in accordance with clause 5 above. This won’t affect your Scanned Receipts that you have already scanned and stored. (h) You may withdraw your consent to Slyp at any time from your NAB Internet Banking Permissions. (f) For details about how Slyp handles personal information see its Privacy Policy at (g) Whilst NAB does not collect your Smart Receipt information from Slyp, you acknowledge that we may have access to it to provide customer support and to meet applicable legal and regulatory obligations. NAB will keep the Scanned Receipts for seven years and This will capture an image of your hardcopy receipt that will be accessible via the Digital Receipts feature. to use Scanned Receipts, you must take a photo of the hardcopy receipt using the Scan button in your Digital Receipts service. (b) To use Digital Receipts, log into your NAB app and then: Smart Receipts, an integration with a third party Slyp that allows Smart Receipt enabled retailers to send a digital copy of your receipt to you (nab cardholder) through Slyp. Scanned Receipts, a feature that allows you to store a photo of your receipt and access the photo from the Receipts menu and This is the terms and conditions applicable to the Digital Receipts feature in the NAB App. NAB does not store Smart Receipts for you and cannot access them again, even if you turn Smart Receipts back on later. IMPORTANT: We recommend that you keep original receipts, or copy the Smart Receipts you want to keep before you turn off Smart Receipts.
